By using NLC X Oddsforge AI ("the Service") you agree to these terms. The Service provides access to an AI assistant (NLC Fusion AI) on a prepaid credit basis.
You must provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account. One person per account unless we approve otherwise.
Credits are sold in USD via Stripe. Credits are consumed per use (tokens, images). Credits are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with notice on the website.
Do not use the Service for illegal activity, malware, spam, harassment, or attempts to bypass safety systems. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules without refund.
AI responses may be inaccurate. You are responsible for how you use outputs. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NLC X Oddsforge AI is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior 12 months.
